    Following successful promotion to secure a draft local plan allocation, secured outline permission for B2/B8 development on this 50 acre expansion of the Hams Hall Manufacturing and Distribution Park at Coleshill, North Warwickshire, including full EIA co-ordination.  We have subsequently secured Reserved Matters for 4 buildings on the site totalling 890,000 sq.ft.
  • Prologis Park Wellingborough West
    Following successful promotion to secure a draft local plan allocation, secured outline permission for B2/B8 development on this 165 acre site west of Wellingborough, including full EIA co-ordination.  We have subsequently secured Reserved Matters for 11 separate buildings on the site totalling 2 million sq.ft.

    Outline permission secured for 120 acre business/logistics park south east of Kettering including EIA co-ordination. We have subsequently secured Reserved Matters for 4 separate buildings on the site totalling 1.1 million sq.ft.

    Secured outline permission for 1.35 million sq.ft B2/B8 on this 85 acre site off the M1.
  • Prologis Park Ryton, Coventry
    Secured outline permission for 850,000 sq.ft B2/B8 development and subsequent Reserved Matters approvals for 4 separate buildings.
