  Local Plan promotion of 100 acre strategic employment site adjacent to Jaguar Land Rover Plant.

  Currently promoting 300,000 sq.ft employment park adjacent to Southam’s Holywell Business Park.

  Local Plan promotion of 150 acre strategic employment site.

  Local Plan promotion of 50 acre strategic employment site adjacent to Ansty Business Park through Local Plan.

  On-going advice following successful outline approval to secure Reserved Matters and Condition Discharge approvals for 400,000 sq.ft B8 scheme north east of Newark, as well as promotion of wider 100 acre site for allocation through the local plan.
• Eden Park Developments, Cooil Road, Braddan, Isle of Man
  Following successful promotion of site through Local Area Plan, currently working to secure planning approval for a 30 acre employment site on the outskirts of Douglas.
• Warmflame Developments, Northampton
  Currently working to secure full permission for a new 50,000 sq.ft industrial park.
• Maximus – Sites at Coleshill, Redditch and Worcester
  Local Plan promotion of strategic employment sites in North Warwickshire, Redditch and Worcester.

  On-going advice following successful outline approval to secure Reserved Matters and Condition Discharge approvals on this 165 acre (2 million sq.ft) strategic employment park.
