Delta Planning is delighted to have secured a series of major instructions from clients including Richborough, Maximus, Bloor Homes, HarperCrewe, Catesby Estates and Deeley Homes to prepare planning applications for a total of 3,000 homes across sites in Warwick, Solihull, Bromsgrove and Lichfield. All are directly in response to the Government’s drive to secure 1.5 million homes.
