Delta Planning has secured planning permission on behalf of Eden Park Developments for a new 45 acre business park on the edge of Douglas, Isle of Man. The proposal is the biggest employment park on the Island for a generation.
The approval allows for up to 300,000 sq.ft of mixed business, industrial, warehousing and offices, and provides the opportunity for significant economic investment for the Island, both from home grown business’ and inward investment.
