Delta Planning is delighted to have secured planning permission on behalf of Goold Estates for a multi-unit employment park at Bilston Urban Village on a site that has been laid vacant for over 15 years.
The employment park will deliver 15 units, ranging in size from 2,500 sq.ft to 60,000 sq.ft, ideal for a full range of occupiers, including start up local businesses.
