Delta Planning has secured outline planning permission on behalf of Birmingham City University for 1.2 million sq.ft of mixed education and office space at its City Centre Campus.

The site, which comprises of land either side of Cardigan Street in Eastside, is surrounded by existing University buildings and provides future-proofing for the long term expansion plans of the University. The planning approval provides in principle permission for buildings ranging between 6 to 14 storeys in height with a possible feature tower building on the corner of Cardigan Street and Jennens Road.
